Modern technologies
We focused on modular structures when designing our conversions. We also emphasized on standardization of our processes, which include ABS and polycarbonate thermoforming, processing on CNC centers, and onsite production of frames, seats and glass windows.

Our machining center guarantees precision and 100% repeatability of the products.
We not only thermoform our elements, but also design and make molds for them. An advanced plotter is a must here. The shapes that we can obtain on the device are practically unlimited so that the customers can let their imagination run wild.
We own thermoforming machines. We also use recycled materials for all elements that we press for our conversions.
We optimize our production processes and focus on precision. The elements mounted in our conversions are cut on plotters to ensure their repeatability and highest quality.
By using 3D models received from manufacturers, we can precisely design our conversions so that they match the original body. We work on both CATIA and INVENTOR.
